Ministry Opening: Security Coach
Help Protect the Environment Where Ministry Happens
Every Sunday, hundreds of people gather to worship, grow, serve, and encounter God. Behind the scenes, the Security Team helps ensure that every child, family, guest, volunteer, and staff member can focus on ministry in a safe and secure environment.
The Security Team exists not to draw attention to itself, but to serve others by being prepared, observant, and attentive.
We are currently seeking a Security Coach who has a heart for people, a commitment to servant leadership, and a desire to invest in volunteers while helping create a safe and welcoming atmosphere at The Tabernacle Church.
If you are calm under pressure, lead by example, and enjoy developing others, this may be the opportunity God is calling you to.
